At SACRÉ STORE, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, damaged, washed, or altered by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products, when applicable
- Items returned without prior approval
How to Request a Return

- Your full name
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the issue, the packaging, and the product.
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
